This is not a major problem with america
It may not be. But that’s also like saying criminal illegal aliens murdering people is not a major problem. I’m gonna guess it’s a major problem to the people they murdered and their families. Shouldn’t be happening at all on both issues. Dismissing something that isn’t a MAJOR problem doesn’t make it not a problem.

You of all people should understand how Americans like to pretend things aren’t happening until it comes to their doorstep. Especially with your feelings about genocide and Gaza and children, most Americans don’t feel like it’s their problem and it doesn’t affect them so they ignore it.

Whats the top causes of death in usa?

Deindustrialization is a major problem. The war budget. Political corruption. Private debts. Nukes and global warming.

Thats an interesting point about gaza.

If immigrant killers is not a top cause of death or if it isnt turning into one, then its maybe not a big deal.

Usually ppl will blame the oppressed for problems when its not actually their fault

The sanctions on iraq in the 1990s. Iraq war. Vietnam. Gaza.

Letting in people without background checks and they go on to kill, rape, assault, rob our citizens is a very big deal. It's highly unlikely that I'll ever be affected by a tornado. But to the people who are affected it's devastating. In tornado country people have basements and in ground shelters to protect themselves. Likely will never need them but foolish to not have them just in case. Exactly why border walls are built. Why legal immigration systems do background checks. Most immigrants will never harm you but you have to be vigilant against bad people trying to slip in.

The stock market didn’t go up, not something worth bragging about at least

If you lose $20 and then find $5 of it later, you didn’t make $5, you still lost $15

whats that? guess i better say something today or you'll deny it ever went up any days during this stretch

…no, it’s still down

You are only reading the headlines, it’s a pretty simple concept, I’ll help you out

S&P 500 5,996.66
Dow Jones 43,487.83

Those are the numbers on Joe Biden’s last day in office

If the numbers you see today are lower than that, that means it’s down, if they’re higher, that means it’s up

I understand it’s confusing, because the headlines you’re reading on Facebook say “stocks soared today”, but that’s because Trump tanked it so much, that even after they “soar”, they are still lower then what he was handed over by Biden

Just keep those numbers saved that I gave you, and when it gets higher than that, THEN you can comment and brag, it shouldn’t take long to beat its not hard to do, they’ve raised consistently over the years decade after decade… it is Trump though, he bankrupted multiple casinos, so it might take a little longer than expected

On a sidenote, if you’re not currently in the market or haven’t been in the market for very long now is the time. The more they go down the more of a bargain it is compared to what it was a few weeks ago for people just getting in. They will go up. I personally put in 10 more percent. I have some time I’m not worried.

since you like to base failure on a narrow windows of time. If you had bought stock yesterday at 330 pm and sold today at the same time you could have had a nice return.

And quite frankly, the only people worried about returns like that are the daytraders not people like myself who are in it for the long-haul. I don’t concern myself very much with the day-to-day stock market, but I will watch trends.

The representatives touched down on Monday to “pressure the Trump Administration to abide by a Supreme Court order to facilitate the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia,” a press release announced.

In a Tuesday video posted to social media, Ansari referred to the United States as Abrego Garcia’s country despite his not having citizenship and demanded that she receive “proof of life confirmation”.
"We also were able to speak with the family directly. They are very concerned, and they want him to know that his family and country is trying to get him home.”

But he is already home.
