Dream on. If he does any time at all (and that is VERY doubtful) it would be in some ultra cushy - no bars on the cells- kind of place.I can't wait for the day he has to do the perp walk.

Totally agree. It will either be thrown out or overturned.
Where did I say that?No you said he had to prove his innocence
I don’t know if you’ve ever said it but the old hag, Nancy said it. She was only speaker of the house. Why would she understand constitutional rights and the law?Where did I say that?
Could be. @UnionStrong specifically said I said it. Of course he also said he was done responding to me so…I don’t know if you’ve ever said it but the old hag, Nancy said it. She was only speaker of the house. Why would she understand constitutional rights and the law?
You said at least I didn’t say he was innocent. Which implied you assumed he was guilty. Doesn’t the left usually assume guilt first?Where did I say that?
This was AWESOME
Not at all. I’ve just been hearing how it’s all a politically motivated hit job. No acceptance that a crime or crimes may have been committed. You said at least I didn’t say he was innocent. Which implied you assumed he was guilty. Doesn’t the left usually assume guilt first?
Not at all. I’ve just been hearing how it’s all a politically motivated hit job. No acceptance that a crime or crimes may have been committed.
Why take the exact same "crime" and break it into 34 counts? According to former Federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy Federal guidance is to never have more than 15 charges in any one indictment. He said having 34 is intended to sway the jury. Not at all. I’ve just been hearing how it’s all a politically motivated hit job. No acceptance that a crime or crimes may have been committed.
Another thing. 52% of felony arrests brought before Bragg's office have been downgraded to misdemeanors. Criminals have been let out almost immediately after booking with no bail. Why is it that his office has devoted millions in resources on charges that Trump didn't use proper accounting in his records of payoffs to a pornstar and that was elevated from a Federal misdemeanor to him saying it's a felony when he's not protecting New Yorkers from real criminals? So yeah it's a stretch that real crimes have been committed given the circumstances of life in NYC today. Not at all. I’ve just been hearing how it’s all a politically motivated hit job. No acceptance that a crime or crimes may have been committed.
No idea. But precedent has been set for indicting presidential candidates.Could someone be proven guilty of a crime if the misdemeanors they’d be charged with are outside of the statute of limitations and there’s no charging them with anything unless sufficient evidence can be provided to elevate those misdemeanor charges to felony charges?
I can't wait for the day he has to do the crip walk.
Probably not. Legal precedent says they have to link the state charges to a federal one and Bragg refused to even say what federal crime was committed. Case should be thrown out by the first unbiased judge it sees.Could someone be proven guilty of a crime if the misdemeanors they’d be charged with are outside of the statute of limitations and there’s no charging them with anything unless sufficient evidence can be provided to elevate those misdemeanor charges to felony charges?
Good thing you see it for what it is. Love how you showed the stark contrast in the justice system.
Not good when even a Trump hater like McCabe is disappointedIt's hilarious to watch the media report-make commentary, and totally ignore the premise of the prosecutor's charges.
No idea. But precedent has been set for indicting presidential candidates.
So yesterday was no different. Donald Trump was being treated like any other defendant.Criminals have been let out almost immediately after booking with no bail.
