I'd agree with the left that Joe Biden couldn't get a fair trial in a deep red part of Texas that went 87% for Trump in the last presidential election if he were to be charged with a crime there.

It‘s amazing she writes a letter to a judge in a trial about her diary that she herself wrote and says it is hers. Changes of venue happen all the time when it's determined the defendant can't get a fair trial in that area.

Strange thing is is that during impeachment hearings that was something republicans insisted on several times. That a president is not above the law and that after his term(s) he could be indicted on charges.
