When was he “about to settle?” He accepted a meeting that’s been offered to every president. We laughed and thought it was a bad idea and wouldn’t result in anything. That doesn't wash. In communiques with foreign leaders a modicum of decorum is always used. Do you think when Neville Chamberlain was dealing with Hitler he said "Listen A-hole?" Surely Roosevelt and Churchill at Yalta were belittling Stalin? The sad thing is that if no one calls you on this silliness others will read it and say "Yeah, what the hell is Trump doing showing that maggot respect?
