Two men, one dressed as UPS driver, rob Skokie man - Chicago Sun-Times

Two men, one dressed in a UPS uniform, forced their way into a Skokie home Monday morning, tied up their victim with duct tape, robbed the home and stole their victim's luxury SUV.

Sometime between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. Monday, a man posing as a UPS driver knocked on the door of a home on the 4200 block of Suffield Court in the near north suburb, according to Skokie Police Officer Tammy Jacobsen. When the victim answered the door, the man in the UPS uniform told him his pen had run out of ink and asked if he could borrow one, Jacobsen said. When the victim turned around to get a pen, the suspect, joined by another man, entered the home, tied the victim up with duct tape and ransacked the home, taking items from it.

one more reason for big brown to control the uniforms. we are trusted so much as a company that little things like this hurt the real drivers alot.
