So, how do the Brits feel about Barack Obama being elected to the presidency of the US. Understanding what great allies the Brits and US have been over the years.

The reason I ask, is I have seen some news footage on Germany, France and Lebanon, and was just wondering

Mixed feelings among the Brits who see the American President as the most powerful person on the planet. I don't know enough to have an opinion but what little I do know suggests that Obama was the man for the job.
