UPS' 'AAA' rating on negative watch on tentative union agreement - S&P - CNN Money

Standard & Poor's (NYSE:MHP) Ratings Services said it has placed United Parcel Service Inc's (UPS) 'AAA' corporate credit and other long-term debt ratings on negative watch, after the delivery-services company announced a tentative agreement with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters union on a new five-year contract.
