UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet questions

Now assuming I don't quality to be a Authorized Shipping Outlet with UPS, however, I do qualify to be an Authorized Ship Center with FedEx, I would then be able to accept packages and ship only via FedEx. This doesn't conflict with just parcel or package receiving from any couriers (ie. DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS) correct?

Correct. Feel free to PM me with additional questions. Again I would have serious reservations about the business model you are looking at, but I can at least answer questions from a UPS perspective.

Would anyone happen to know the direct line to business developments at UPS?

There isn't a direct line. When a request is put into contact them, area sales managers are designated regions/zip codes and they're notified to contact you directly to go over options. From there you can probably obtain their e-mail address/phone number.

Don't know if it's FedEx corporate policy or just that store, but I had a UPS Saturday Air package addressed to a FedEx office location & they refused to accept it. (I left infonotice on outside window).
