I got a bunch of them on my route and I already got mine this morning. A printing company in my area did the job for ups . Looks like everyone is getting them .
Still makes no sense not to try and buy out 30+ year part time. Give them the incentive to leave and replace with cheap new hires. No training really required.

nothing they do does but maybe have plans in the future if they can get this done with the drivers., sadly this goes through what stops UPS from offering a things like 401K match instead of them paying into a defined pension like most have. Most are not here long term and would jump on that. This is why no extra contract agreements clause is in the contract.
