Even if UPS found 500 drivers to walk, taking near the max payout with retirement around the corner, it would still just equal Tome's annual compensation. Yet, UPS says it's a "generous" package for those 500 drivers.

How much does she make a year? I think she can afford to hire BrownBlob and IGotta to mow the lawn.

I'm not one that has a problem with CEO pay generally, but when a company is restructuring significantly to cut costs, a $25 million a year CEO is insulting to say the least. Closing hundreds of centers, buying out drivers, and the constant decrease in service from a service company, how can it be justified.
