I started getting this info, and phone calls, once the bills started flowing into Aetna.
What I wish they would do is help me make informed choices about which provider to send which bills to. I know how to be healthy, I do not need unsolicited phone calls with people I have no idea who they are asking personal information about my husband and his condition. Having Aetna and Blue Cross is a nightmare in paperwork. Send out a rep, and help with the paperwork if they care so much.
Dont get me wrong Im so lucky to have had coverage, but getting through this pile of bills, is enough to kill ya.
