Article 49 on page 188 of the New England Supplement states, "The Employer agrees that if any employee is required to wear any kind of uniform as a condition of his/her continued employment, such uniform shall be furnished and maintained by the Employer, free of charge, at the standard required by the Employer. Socks are part of the uniform. They require you to wear them. They should supply them. Don't pay for them.

They will tell u to wear pants then.....it was agreed 2 long ago when we became allowed to wear shorts ...
