We usually have some kind of food, then a driver gives a little speech, receives his jacket then he gets to go home for the day.

They give you a nice jacket now compared to those orange/gold Century 21 real estate pieces of crap we used to get. And the day OFF? Damn you guys have it easy now.

Somewhere along the line I got a bench grinder, a drill press and a table saw . Not professional grade stuff but I still use it all to this day.

I think those were for 25 or 30 years of service. I have the drill press and a mitre saw.
