I'm watching the Dollar index. Has gone down considerably. But that's beneficial for exports. Will likely attract tourists. There are many facets to the economy, there's no all or nothing calamity. Trump needs to follow through with what's promised with the tariffs, but there's no equivalent to the U.S. economy anywhere, and as long as that's so we'll be ok. Can always improve, but we'll be ok.
Sure but every time the Dollar weakens against major currencies the U.S. sees more overseas visitors. Guess we'll see.

To the contrary, it is a call for deeper collaboration and mutual respect among trade partners," Bessent said at an Institute of International Finance event in Washington, D.C.
"Far from stepping back, 'America First' seeks to expand U.S. leadership in international institutions like the IMF and World Bank," the Treasury secretary added, referring to the International Monetary Fund. "By embracing a stronger leadership role, 'America First' seeks to restore fairness to the international economic system."
