The tip of dick of FL is monster soup. Got snakes, alligator, deer, frogs.
It’s pretty much a requirement now.
Also, worth asking how many are degrees from accredited universities, and are in something other than liberal arts....
It has been for over 20 years.
I’m not sure if it is necessary but it’s the Corporate way.
So the current "managers" have matriculated? Lol.
Apparently that's one that they let slide. Lol.
you cannot voluntarily demote
you can run your mouth really good or do some sketchy stuff to catch a demotion though
if you think that improves their average quality at all, i have a bridge to sell you
I've seen it happen twice. Both times, after being promoted to center manager.
One asked to go back to running the preload, and the other one back to on-car-supe.
The preload guy didn't like the hours or stress, and it caused some problem at home.
The on-car guy was moved to a different center and didn't want to move or drive.
They both went back.
that isn’t strictly voluntary
Do you deliver? Lol.
Seen it happen multiple times. They would rather you demote yourself rather than quit if you are a halfway decent employee.
If he says you can't then you can't. This person is high up and quite possibly is Abney's successor. Lol.
we are talking about managers how is that relevant at all
Man I thought yoy were smart. Pure genius.
Read what was said, then you might understand.
Let's see- you said you had a bridge for sale. I'd like a bridge. I asked if you deliver. I'll type slowly here- can you deliver the bridge to me?? Lol.
Dogs and cats too?
I've seen a IE Sup self demote to a IE specialist. Not saying a operations person can't self demote, but unless you are in the room to witness it. 9 out of 10 times a station manager choices are to take an extended center assignment, be demoted or fired. That manager can spin what happened anyway they want to an hourly. But I been on calls where ish hit the fan for a manager and it was spin to the drivers a whole different way.
