The USPS Letterman Assoc endorses Biden and suddenly Congress wants to go back in session to give the USPS $25B.

As the former company called DHL found out, shoveling money into a bad idea is not going to improve service.

Just common sense would tell people that you give the federal agency (post office) control over these ballots you better make sure that the people handling them will not let their own personal bias take over. It would be fair to say that most of the post office employees would be supporting the Democrats, particularly with Trump making drastic cuts at their workplace, would it not be tempting to dump ballots or fraudulently vote returned ballots (moved, deceased..etc). The total volume of mail in balloting would prohibit any investigations into wrong doing, in other words they would /maybe get by with tampering with mail without any form of accountability or punishment..

I know it is a federal crime to tamper with mail, particularly if you are a US Postal Worker, but again there are some pretty stupid people out there that think they would get away with it..

Giving USPS the money Democrats are pushing for would do absolutely nothing to aid in the handling of ballots. The time to put a system in place to deal with universal mail out ballots has long passed.
