We have had mail carriers steal gift cards and birthday cards with money.

As many as 2,800 votes could be from voters that passed away. I would be much more concerned if no ballots from dead voters was found.

Giving USPS the money Democrats are pushing for would do absolutely nothing to aid in the handling of ballots. The time to put a system in place to deal with universal mail out ballots has long passed.

If alive while voting, the vote counts. These were chronic dead voters.
