What I was trying to say was he got his warning letter and that's the end of the story for the discipline.
Until they find some other BS reason to give him a warning letter. Fight every single one of them , even if you know that you are wrong.

We HAD a young driver in our building that was a total train wreck on purpose almost every day. His disciplinary file looked like a NY phone book (of old) and if the management wanted to see if something would stick on an employee they'd look in his file because it was probably there.
After a short stint as a ft driver they nailed him on an issue and he was toast.
It's like running stop signs. Sooner or later you get nailed and it isnt the good kind.

Sorry you disagree @Dragon not we have had a ton of D* management passing out BS warning letters.
Fight them all and let the chips fall where they may.
It's a two way street. You wanna pass out. BS letters...let's go.
