This thread got a little confusing. For a moment there I thought it was about West going into mgt. West you seem like a hard and thoughtful worker. Im a little worried. So, many times I have seen the ones(sups) that don't compromise their values shown the door. I hope you wont be one of them. Yes, there are a few exceptions that make it. Like my girl Chan. Hi Chan. Change the part of UPS that needs to be changed for the better. Start with "Stop counts" and than the "Load" for starters.
