What Should The West Do?

Putin is a devout Orthodox Russian Both Putin and the head holy man of his religion believe that Ukraine's westward shift is a threat to the "Russian World" And any nation that has a Russian Orthodox presence in it is part of the "Russian World".

So tell me something? Does God love Putin?
Well I can tell you that it’s better than the alternative

Flood Ukraine with S-300 missile defense systems, send more drones and send all of the MiG-29s.
The S-300 is a Russian anti aircraft missile system that has been replaced by the more modern S-400 making the supply of 300's less plentiful. Problem with the Russian built MIG 29's is that their avionics and radar systems will need serious upgrades and if one is shot down the intelligence the Russians could gain from the downed aircraft could be immeasurable .

Now Sweden and Finland has talked about formal NATO membership rather than their current "partnership" standing. If they want in I think they should be allowed in no matter what Putin threatens to do.

With NATO nations now fully committed to upgrades and modernization defense contractors will be rolling in clover.

Obvious Putin has already committed war crimes.
Wests' sanctions are not enough.

When Saddam did this it was a whole different story.
Has anyone forgotten that?
Oh ,ya......he didnt have nukes.
Does anyone forgotten war crimes of bush, obama, trump, biden?

Do we even know about it to begin with?

The "US" may have "said that", but it was never memorialized in any way and verbal agreements tend to be twisted and fabricated...
Yes it was a gentlemans agreement

But u know its just common sense....u wouldnt want russian weapons in cuba, so dont pretend its okay when the shoes on the other foot

Thats wat bush told the russians after he lied and started expanding west. they said ur stupid for thinking we wouldnt lie about it.

Expanding nato has always been bad forgein policy but it was great for military industrial complex and so it happened and now were on the brink

The commonly held fear is that Putin will resort to chemical weapons and used them on Ukraine's civilian population
common among who? morons on twitter?

If so what do you guys believe NATO and the Western Alliance's response should be?
nothing, Ukraine has nothing to do with the interests of the United States and isn't a member of NATO

Given that the man has no concept of human decency and has set out to destroy Ukraine in order to in his sick mind save it from corrupt western morals and ideals
do we conduct foreign policy on feelings now?

should NATO shift from it's charter as a purely defensive military force and go on the offensive by taking on Putin in Ukraine despite the fact that Ukraine is not a NATO member?
"should NATO start a nuclear war, sparking the deaths of a billion people over a corrupt country being attacked by another corrupt country?"
hard pass, no thanks
