Why is the driver backing out onto the road? Did he nose in? Did he not "back first"?

Must avoid backing at all cost..... Its the chicken or the egg. Whatever happens, the driver will always be at fault in the eyes of this company.

i was serious... did Express stopped teaching their couriers the 5 keys of space cushion driving aka AGKLM, or their own S.urvey A.djust friend.orecast E.xecute? in 2010?

I'm seeing more and more Express Sprinter vans going nose-in at short driveways, where you can just stay on the curb and walk that envelope to the door...

I sorta understand his plight... along with those other Legacy couriers. To have the rug pulled out of you is not a good feeling.

Some, like R1, saw it coming and had the smarts to keep aiming higher to something better because he still had time left to do so.

Those who can ride it out 'til the finish line have to find an outlet to vent; this corner of the interwebs is his outlet. I think Mr7 is one of those couriers who only has ~3 years left before the finish line, so he can WAD & just stay under the radar long enough to do so.

hope he only has a few years in that company so he can recoup "something" of a pension when he's done...
