All you need to know is drivers work outside a great deal of the time, and knowing that, the suit monkeys released a diad that will not work in wet weather. Year's later, these same suit monkey's require their drivers to take pictures of deliveries, same faulty design, it still will not work in wet weather!

At least there is a physical button now to take a picture. It was a joke when it was just touchscreen button.

Most Indians (contractors) and some Americans are in that job. As usual, contractors are worthless.

I worked with a few contractors that were pretty good.
A curious and inquisitive mind seemed to be attributes of the good contractors.
The essential problem is they are always looking for their next job ... can't blame them!
