what made UPS workers protest to create a union back in the day
Casey invited them
I work for FedEx and even I know there was no protest to “create the union”. The UPS founder invited the Teamsters in.
oh my bad someone told me there was a protest
Not getting their retro checks on time .
i just realized i was talking about the teamsters protest in 1997
Jim Casey was a smart man. He knew if he wanted a reliable work force he needed union employes.
it’s not a protest it’s a Strike !!!! MANAGEMENT IS THE ENEMY , TREAT THEM AS SUCH , TIME FOR WAR!!!! ( @Maple Grove MN Driver copywrite)
UPS , Aug 1 2018
And bug said we didn’t have the troops to be able to fully staff a picket line.... bs!!
Study the stuff early unions went through.
union members walked out in 97 which created a new contract or something like that
is the price right bitch...
I'm sorry, you really need to do a quick google search. Straighten out your utter lack of understanding of the history of the union and ups, then come back with halfway informed questions.
