Who Usually Gets This Award?

    Who usually wins this award? I know we always get the "most admired" award but this customer satisfaction is the most important one.

    Maybe we didnt throw enough money their way?[​IMG] Maybe thats why some think that Im beating a dead horse when it comes to addy corrections on correct addy's, customer disatisfaction=less packages. Period

    I think this is the first survey they have done.

    This is not the first survey and we have always been on top in the earlier ones. I really believe we are a better service provider, but feel we have been damaged by the last two contracts. People don't understand why we have had these problems. All they want is thier packages. Can't say I blame them for that. I think UPS and the Union are equally responsible. Hopefully we have learned a lesson here. We know how to do our jobs. Let's get busy with that and the rest will take care of it's self.
