This is not the first survey and we have always been on top in the earlier ones. I really believe we are a better service provider, but feel we have been damaged by the last two contracts. People don't understand why we have had these problems. All they want is thier packages. Can't say I blame them for that. I think UPS and the Union are equally responsible. Hopefully we have learned a lesson here. We know how to do our jobs. Let's get busy with that and the rest will take care of it's self.
