Does trump want people to get $2000? What has he done to bring that about? The only political actors who have taken action to get $2000 to Americans are democrats. That’s an objective fact. Since when do we give politicians credit for merely saying they want to do something and then we can see them take zero actions to bring it about.
Also, trump’s man on stimulus negotiations munchin was negotiating the stimulus bill while keeping trump in the loop, so in reality trump’s official stimulus bill guy negotiated for $600, and trump signed that bill, and has done nothing to get $2000 to Americans other than say that’s what he wants.

the Republican super power continues to be how they all pull in the same direction on these kinds of stories. republicans don’t care about government corruption at all, they supported trump a man whose taxes they never saw, a man who didn’t divest from his businesses while he was president, a man whose properties were whose paying guest included foreign governments and corporations giving money directly to trump. Did I say anything positive about democrats? Is there objective reality or not? Because it is objectively true that democrats in congress have been the only ones who have taken political legislative action to get Americans that $2000. They passed a bill that includes that money. To post that doesn’t require me to pretend that democrats are concerned for the well-being of Americans. It is an observation of objective reality, as in that’s what’s actually happened. What political legislative action in government has trump or any Republican taken to get Americans that $2000?
