Actually there is. If one representative and one senator objects there must be debate over the legitimacy of the electoral college count. If objections continue the count can't be certified by Congress on January 6th. If that happens the Senate votes for vice-president and the House votes for president. Don't think that's legit? It's how Lincoln was chosen in his first term. Hillary's campaign raised 11 objections before Congress certified the electoral college vote. It probably won't happen but it's possible and Constitutional.
