I add up both checks ÷ it by 2 and put half.in my savings account. Then when I don't get a paycheck the week I come back I just pill.it.oit of the savings account.

I wish you worked in my building. I’d gladly hold the funds for you. Every time I here someone complain about not liking getting paid in advance for vacation I tell them this.....

Please transfer your vacation pay to me the day you receive it. I’ll hold it for you interest free in my federally insured high interest savings account for two weeks. On Friday that you don’t get a paycheck I’ll return the money to you.

I generally get blank stares back. Every once in a while the light bulb goes on and they realize that they could open the same type of account.
