Will a new 22.4 driver gain seniority over a pre loader?

Not here, he had his chance to go driving and passed it up, now he wants to whine about it but it's a new (different) job classification

From what I’ve gather some of the ol’ part timers didn’t want to be 22.4 because they didn’t want to work Saturday but since they saw that the first 22.4s with less company seniority than them were taking the RPCD position they jumped on the train. Most thought they could make the jump from part time to RPCD.

FT trumps PT.
