That's a pretty y thing to say. Maybe instead of bumping your pissflap and spreading hate and discontent, you could keep your opinions like that to yourself and encourage the OP.

I work with quite a few females, though none are old AND female, but they can outwork half the males i see come and go from UPS.

Sometimes they thrive off of proving people like you wrong. A little motivation can go a long way even if you're not as strong as the male counterpart.
