I just hit my year mark this month for part timer....will I be getting any type of raise? At 16.65 right now after the cola raise that just happened.

We get annual raises on August 1st of each year. If there's a COLA(cost of living adjustment), you get that at the same time. Our next raise will be after the next contract is ratified, unless there's an MRA for peak.

So you don't get a raise on your hire date each year you get that in August when they do the COLA raise? I doubt my hub will get a raise for peak.

Correct. Our annual raises are once a year on August 1st.

On Aug 1st, I got cola.
They brought me a bottle of my favorite soft drink!
I don't think the sup quite understood what Aug 1st cola meant!
