Let’s give tax incentives to rich companies so they can hire a bunch of people to pay the taxes and further support rich corporations with politicians in their pockets, both lacking in integrity.
How many employed individuals do you know that do NOT work for a "company" ???
Companies exist to make a profit, pure and simple.
They do not exist to enrich their employees.
It is up to the employee to insure that they will be fairly compensated before agreeing to work for that company.
The company is an extension of its founder/investor(s), and as such, exists to enrich them.
This system is called Capitalism, and it has enriched the world.
The problem with capitalism is that it has been allowed to exceed its purpose.
That is what lawmakers are entrusted to do.
Instead, the lawmakers collude with companies to enrich themselves as well.
So, who, in your estimation, is more guilty of the corrupt practice of self-enrichment?
The companies who by definition exist for that purpose?
Or the politicians who collude for their personal benefit?
