I count items in carts ahead of me in a '?' items or less lane.

If I go into the 15 items or less but have 20 of the same thing does that count or does it have to be 15 different items

15 different items and, no, separating the 20 items in to 2 separate transactions doesn't cut it.

This may be the only time you will find moreluck and I in agreement as I also count out loud the number of items the person in front of me has in the express checkout if it is obvious they have more than the limit. I also do this at the self-checkout which is designed for small orders only.

We get a lot of Canadians who come down here to shop and they feel they are above the rules/law.
