we do have a few drivers crying

$92000 base pay with full health care coverage and a pension. I have small business owners on my route that would trade places with me.
Everybody wants the money but they don't actually want to do this job.

I have customers tell me how lucky I am to get 6 weeks vacation time.

I tell them them I will get you 8n application and in a quarter of a century you can have 6 weeks vacation.

The reply is always... I don't want to do your job!

With that being said we make damn good money and are very fortunate to have good health care and a pension.

And the union should promise full vesting credits to get Amazon and FedEx employees to unionize. Follow the money go full-time. Everyone earns every dollar at Big Brown, but it's up to the individual to figure out their own career path.

I don't care what generation you're from. You don't walk away from a $95,000, full
health care job because what, your unhappy some days? What?
