Prior to the State of the Union Address, Joe Biden needed to get a checkup from his doctor...
So, Joe & Jill headed to their doctor, and the doctor checked Joe's vital signs.
Next, he told Joe he would need a urine sample, a fecal sample, and a semen sample.
But, since Joe can't hear very well he asked Jill, "What did he say?"
And Jill said, "He wants to see your diaper, dear."
