So as the title describes i've been given an opportunity to join the tsg department with ups. My first question is how does the pension plan work for full time tsg members. My second question is whats the pay increase from the starting wage of $19.50 job code 10, to senior tsg position with a job code 12?

There is no pension for new hires.
Pay ranges are not really discussed at UPS.
