Sorry for the cut and paste quote, but it says it well.

Hell,
I have agreed with all your points about how FedEx employees are too afraid to take action.
You have stated them clearly and constantly.
Your only argument, in the "debate", is that the teamsters are not willing to do what FedEx employees should do for themselves.
You view me as a brick.
I view myself as iron.
Ductile, malleable and useful.
Add 1% of carbon and I become steel.
Mr Ex,
As usual, you have not made a point for me to disagree with.
I hear that the new Midol formula has extra iron in it too. Sounds perfect for you.
Midol?
What a weak defense, of your debate.
First I am a brick, now I am a girl.
Since you have brought up prescriptions, maybe Viagra is in order for you.
Maybe you will be able to "stand up" and do the job organizing FedEx.
I truly doubt you have that stamina, but keep whipping that mule.
MrFedex
I think you are looking for the equivalent of a "bloodless coup". The upheaval you a searching for will have casualties on the front lines regardless of any labor laws or Teamster involvement. Since neither looks like it's gonna happen, what do you see as your next move?
Nope, you're a "Steel Magnolia". The Midol reference is to your crabby rants whenever I post something, not that you're a female. And as far as me needing Viagra, I don't need it. My titanium "driver" is plenty stiff to get the job done, both at home and regarding FedEx. Keep trying. Also, now it's a "debate",I posted these words, "your debate", that is not the same as "a debate". which you initially said it wasn't.And, it still is not one. Please make up your mind. I'm always happy to take you and your attitudes on in either a "discussion" or a "debate", whatever you choose to call it. Ditto, back atcha.
Seriously, you're obviously fairly bright. I'm just wondering why you keep insisting that you understand FedEx-( I only understand how you describe them)- when it's clear that you don't. I've worked for both companies, have been a Teamster, and see 2 very different situations where you see only 1.-( Slick, I have over 20 yrs in three different unions. I have seen more than 1 situation.)- Over here, for example, you must have management permission to post anything in a breakroom, even if it's a 3x5 card offering something for sale. Wonder why that is. Could it possibly have something to do with targeting people who want to post union literature, or maybe trying to intimidate the hell out of them? And before you "attack", I left UPS because I was only a temp in the feeder department. I couldn't afford to wait 20 years to have enough seniority to drive. My bad.
You made your choice.
You could not afford to wait, now you complain -(after 26yrs)- that you can not afford what FedEx offers.
Why do you blame the teamsters for not giving you what you want and think you deserve?
I wish I could go into my bio, but this is the internet.
This is as far as I will go.
When I was in the IBEW, I was brought in as a spokesman for grievances.
Even though I was just a lowly trouble shooter in the coal mines, I had open and honest discussion/debate with the top corporate officers of one of the worlds largest surface mine operation.
Many positive changes came from these talks.
I will leave you with these words of wisdom, asked of me by my Father.
I was a young married man worried about finances, job, ect... and I was telling him of my fears of the future.
He just smiled at me and said;
"Son, are you going to live your life in fear?"
My answer was No.
