Double overtime?

I'm a seasonal preloader and I'm currently on track to log 45-50 hours this week. Suppose that at start time Friday morning I already have 35 hours, and work a 10 hour shift. The first 5 hours would be straight time, and normally anything over 5 hours a day is time and a half, but the second 5 hours would not only be over 5 hours for the day, but 40 hours for the week. Would they be time and a half, or double time?

Yea time and a half, the only way youd get additional ot is if you worked a 6th or 7th dsy
