What happened to the Fedex Watch website? It's been down now for a couple months. Say it's under reconstruction or something. Or are the Teamster led lawsuits beginning to fade away?

Makes you wonder, doesn't it? We've still seen or heard nothing from the IBT...even before the approval of the FAA Bill and the placement of the RLA issue on the back burner. On the Ground side, it seems obvious that the original model is going to continue to be proven illegal and that the replacement ISP version seems acceptable to the courts.

It's looking like Fred isn't going to wait to fight for the contractor model state by state. Just heard this morning that Iowa and Missouri will be transitioning to the ISP model. Fedex must be pretty certain of the ISP because I can't see them jumping from one series of legal headaches into another with only the name changing.

On that note, that is S.O.P. for FredEx. In civilian world, we call it SSDD. Or you could say that if you put a dress on a pig, it's still a pig. Or, you can put a new dress on an old whoooer, but she's still an old whoooer.
