full time combo job bid sheet

I'm currently a part time cover driver for combo job. About 6 months ago I was charged with an avoidable accident while doing this job. No problems since. They will be posting the full-time bid for this soon. Can the accident cause me problems getting this bid? Seniority isn't an issue. Thanks for any input

central region. Local 710. I'm still performing the job. i would think they would of taken me off covering the job months ago if it was a huge issue. They called it avoidable, but that's debatable in my eyes. Equipment malfunction was the source of it.

I've seen several postings go up in my building. Nearly everyone of them has not been filled. I know one person who was awarded a new combo job over 6 months ago, but has yet to start it because the company keeps dragging their feet on filling his current position.
