Full Time Wage Increases

    :mad: Has any noticed that our wage increases are split into 2 equal raises??? So on Aug 1 we only get a $0.35 and the other $0.35 on Feb 1.

    At least DryHeat recognizes that the split raises are BAD, unlike some poor saps on this site I won't name.

    As long as we get both raises, it's all the same Griff. :rolleyes:

    It is split so they can divert half of it to the pension and avoid overtime pay. THAT is the only problem with it.
