I have never been given an alternate route, except on known traffic problems.

BUT, I expect the company to back me if I decide on my own I need to take an alternate route.

When I was trained into feeder I asked about if I should get off the highway and take another way back to the building if there was bad traffic. I was asked how well I knew the side streets of Chicago and when I said not at all I was told to go the way I was told.

Have ever since.

Heard it was a Richmond driver. They usually close the bridge to empty trailers and house trailers during high winds, but this was a fast moving storm. Maryland drivers need permission to use hwy301 since its a toll bridge, 50mph sometimes 35mph and traffic lights. I95 no tolls 55,65 and 70mph.

Wow, that is truly incredible. And, the driver is honestly very lucky.

I see that it says that he was ok after they accident, wish is great.

I hope that they let him keep his job, considering it is not his fault.
HAHAHAHAHA that's a good one they will find some way to blame him, make him feel like he was at fault..
