I didn't realize you had such a low tolerance for pain. I barely spanked you before you started crying and whining about management supporting Hoffa. After that I didn't think you could handle much more. I'm trying to be sensitive to your needs.

1+ it sucks to be in management and it sucks to be 2units as for my being a steward I work my ass off for free with not much thanks and I love it that's why I do it. Most of the guys and girls I think like the job I do as a steward but like my mom always told me not everyone is going to like you. I can tell you this for sure it takes balls and a lot of caring to take the job of a steward while most of your fellow co workers only have to worry about wiping there own ass.

I see your words, probably agree with most of them. I did find it odd that you posted them in response to my joking with Red about finding something we agreed on?

Since you are the guy who said accident cost is planned so we should have them I find it odd you would complain about no accountabiliy. you're whole existence as a shop steward is based on avoiding accountability.

Oh? So you are reitered, that means you are out of the operation and have lost touch with the reality of every day living at uPS. You should have just said so. The current UPS does not take care of any of its employees, managers or union hourlies. Do you take the time to read any of the other posts? Ups escorts employees out and sneds them their things a few days later, they cut management jobs as well as wrongfully eliminate union jobs. They force managemnt to take a pay freeze all while the CEO gets the biggest raise to over 6 million a year.

Maybe if you got off your throne a little more you would be current on todays UPS.

LOL.... No one wants your job anywhere I know of. They have to go to the ditches to hire for management. Our last 3 management people were hires out of no where cuz no one wants the position. Two of them want to be drivers. They hate having to be management.

Anyone that is so greatful, even in retirement, for being employed at a certain company, and made a good life out of it, has it's reasons :

You got more, then you delivered. (more pay then deserved).
Was easy money, etc.

The ones that are unlucky and unhappy, are the true hard workers, that gave up thier family life (being away from home 12+ hrs per day, hardly seeing family).
And once they do retire, or buy a house : They know well they deserved it. Deserved it big time. But , because of thier own hard work and long hours.
Not, because a company worked the s.it out of them !!!!!

This coming from the guy that got out when times were good. Trust me I always didint have this negative attitude, I remember when I use to look forward going to work. We were a team and we worked together within the terms of the contract to get it done. I have teh luxury of not only driving a trudk for UPS which stresses out enough people, I am alos a steward and see the inner workings of teh contract violations and wrongful terminations.

I have been posting a little more than usual lately, but thats because im on comp and UPS has tried everything to deny my claim and drag me out by bleeding me dry. But even their own IME doctor agrees with the treatments prescribed by my Dr. I have been home for 4 months and have had about 6 therapy sessions and 1 epidural shot and nothin over the last 5 weeks. So reading posts by you have cheered me up and given me a good chuckle as of late, so thanks. LOL

Trust me I always didint have this negative attitude, I remember when I use to look forward going to work. We were a team and we worked together within the terms of the contract to get it done.

No I went fulltime in 99 and got married Sept 13th of 97 2 weeks after the strike ended and has 2 sups stand up as my best men. I watched one of the sups get sold out by managemnet a year later and the other one was the one that got promoted to manager and got caught altering timecards that we discussed several months ago.

If you're really that desperate to be liked then stop hitting the bottle so hard and start making sense here. two units worked his whole life. he did not live off of unemployment.
