Have the pilots said they will honor our strike?

Let’s be real here UPS just can’t go out and get a bunch of pilots, they are less than 1% of the workforce oh, and by the way, extremely talented and in high demand with very few available. UPS would probably try to save the air department before ground service. It’s more profitable and it’s a lot more reasonable to think they could keep the company running while it tries to get the ground up and going without us so with that said it’s going to be very important to know that the pilots are going to honor our strike

And most importantly, the aircraft mechanics(teamsters) will be honoring the picket line as well.

Our gateway has maybe 5 ACMX management folks who are certified mechanics. Now consider that actual repairs often take multiple mechanics hours to complete. And never mind the routine stuff, when the last time management changed an aircraft tire.

Aircraft movement will be extremely minimal at best.
