Having classified material on a private server, that part has been proven.
NO, what has been PROVEN, is that information on her server was deemed CLASSIFIED LONG after she sent the emails and WERE NOT classified when they were transmitted.
There is a ginormous difference between the two, but YOU, will only listen to what has been suggested to YOU by fox news and its surrogates or talking heads.
The State Department has been very clear on this issue. The content of the emails were made classified AFTER they were sent and she did NOT send classified info through her private server.
YOU take a suggestion and make it true because thats what YOUR sources want you to believe.
Try looking things up for yourself and avoid being a "parrot" for misinformation.

The State Dept. just handed over hundreds of e-mails in the last few days and over 100 or more were classified.
All of those have not yet been fully investigated.
And if she gave her IT guy the password to her private E-mail account, that alone will result in prison time.
I just don't see how she won't end up in jail.
