While she talked to the men and women of New York about income inequality, it seems that she was wearing 40 percent of the average American’s yearly income.
According to the New York Post, while she may have been talking up the haves and have nots, she was doing it in a $12,495 Giorgio Armani tweed jacket.
For reference purposes, that’s 40 percent of the median income that U.S. workers took home in 2014, or $30,815.
