Station been hiring like mad since peak. Anyone else seeing the same? Like 20 pt every month. They don't actually have anything to do though. Just working the pm sort till pt'ers quit and then they are trained on that rte. We are rolling through new hires like the plague.

Depends on location, when I was in Houston pt pm was a lot tougher than am. way more stops and volume. where im at now pm routes are laughable (pt am is pretty ez as well tho to be honest)

It's not. Unless u take making service while overloaded too seriously.

Every courier should take it seriously to the point of asking for help by sending a message to dispatch early on. But that's about all you can do - certainly not go faster Speed and methods always remain the same.
