We’ll see. It’s in their court whether they flame out or not.Well, after all, you DID warn them that they didn't own a business.
Now if only FalconButt could be right just once.

It's getting back to 2016 levels.Wow. That’s quite a dive. I didn’t realize it was that’s bad.
He’s hoping Biden keeps that southern border open! After hitting a new 52 week low on 10-5 and only gaining back a few dollars since then it would appear that someone thinks it's going to get pretty bad for Fat Freddy and his little empire. Them again all you have to do is to look at the damn thing and the way he has it set up. It has only one objective in mind. Just keep the unions out. It's the only reason Ground contractors exist. It still comes down to finding somebody completely unaware of what's going on inside that company to the extent that they are willing to go out there in an ever more dangerous working environment and work his damn fool head off for pay that's far below the going rate.
The challenge for Fat Freddy is to find somebody has hasn't already figured it all out by this time and there aren't many of them.
Given the size and number of shipments of products and materials coming in from the southern border what other choice is there? He’s hoping Biden keeps that southern border open!
Gotta have that cheap labor! I’m so confused, I thought Democrats were for the little guy. HmmmGiven the size and number of shipments of products and materials coming in from the southern border what other choice is there?
Too funny, talk about set up to fail, lol.MSN

Amazing. FedEx can't even deliver ontime now and they're telling people the deadline for Overnight shipping is December 23rd.
There's a never-ending supply of what Fat Freddy needs streaming across the southern border. The challenge for Fat Freddy is to find somebody has hasn't already figured it all out by this time and there aren't many of them.
In just the past month alone 145,000 Americans went marching off into retirement. After being cuffed around for decades by ungrateful employers that ain't coming back. Combine that with the number of women who have stayed home to care for their kids because of the inability to find safe and competent child care at rate low enough to make going back to work feasible and you end up with a labor shortage that's not going away for quite awhile.Gotta have that cheap labor! Perfect scenario for upward pressure on wages. In just the past month alone 145,000 Americans went marching off into retirement. Sure, current labor market conditions would support higher wages. However, while no one can accurately predict the life span of these conditions when it comes to how long they will last If you noticed quite a number of wage bump ups come with a caveat. Many are strictly conditional and temporary. A fact that has been fully disclosed. In fact it has been widely mention on this site that hub and terminal wage increases are in fact conditional and temporary and some as has been noted here have a definite end date.Perfect scenario for upward pressure on wages.
Unless a dementia-ridden President intervenes.

If you're lucky enough to be in a union shop that wage can't go down any lower than what was already contractually agreed to unless both sides agree to reopen the contract.
In Fat Freddy's little "workers paradise" given the current pressure on earnings there's no telling how far wages could retreat.
Freddy is hell bent on merging Express into Ground just by taking away healthcare. Courier wage can go way down look at Amazon and Ground.Sure, current labor market conditions would support higher wages. Let Fat Freddy lose his precious RLA exemption, it’s his biggest fear because then the union comes a callin.’Freddy is hell bent on merging Express into Ground just by taking away healthcare. Courier wage can go way down look at Amazon and Ground.
They're already planning on flying in more illegal immigrants like last year. House them up in nearby hotels, shuttle them to the hub, pay the temp agency $25 an hour (not the workers lmao), and deport them once January is over. This is not the first time Fedex has skirted with TSA guidelines regarding background checks. We lost some actual good hard workers because background checks came back a bust and they had to be deported. Profit over safety over actual employees. I remember a group of Somali refugees that did not but harass female employees, so now they chuck all of them on the input line and tell them not to leave their area under no circumstances. There's a never-ending supply of what Fat Freddy needs streaming across the southern border.
In a few states, driver's licenses are cheerfully handed out to those of dubious citizenship. That, and an emergency Executive Order to grant 'work permits' to help with the so-called massive "labor shortage" is all it would take to make it happen.
It wouldn't surprise me if the turn by turns on the scanners could be in Spanish with very little trouble.
But that's assuming that the user is literate in his own language.
The answer this question. What extraordinary labor market conditions exist that requires such extraordinary measures? They're already planning on flying in more illegal immigrants like last year. Like last year…Got it So Trump let them inIt can’t be true! Biden would never undermine the working mans wage by bringing in illegal aliens! That’s cheap/slave labor, only Republicans do that! Lmaof
Trump is gone! He can’t ever win again! You have to let it go, he’s living in you’re head. How long do we have too go before it’s Biden’s fault?Like last year…Got it So Trump let them in
