30 years ago several Mass towns needed Spanish speaking officers . They ended up hiring people from Roxbury & Dorchester sections of Boston . These newly hired officers received all the necessary background checks & State Police training required by law . Things were working out well , the depts. had their translators & the translators had a career . But some had two careers . Some encouraged their criminal pals from the old neighborhoods to set up shop in their new towns . Drugs related crimes increased . Community trusted decreased because if a Spanish speaking person wanted to report a crime they had to be translated by the crooked officer .
It took a while for the situation to be corrected ; some were just too greedy being seen with known criminals , some were as bold as seen driving the drug lord's own cars around and others were caught thru police sting operations .

On Friday, Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar, along with Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick (D-AZ) and Senators John McCain (R-AZ) and Jeff Flake (R-AZ), sent a letter to DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson and ICE Deputy Assistant Secretary Saldaña warning them not to release an illegal immigrant with drug-resistant tuberculosis into the general public.
Dr. Thomas Schryer, Director of Public Health for Pinal County, wrote a letter explaining his concerns about releasing the detained illegal immigrant, who has been receiving treatment for seven months for his tuberculosis. “Tuberculosis is a very dangerous disease that can spread easily, due to the public health threat Arizona Revised Statutes and good public health practice dictates that we provide healthcare to treat tuberculosis for anyone residing in our county (other than those incarcerated) as a result when the ICE facility releases this individual he will be treated at the local tax payers’ expense,” he stated. “From a public health perspective it is essential that anyone who is suffering from TB be treated so they are not a health threat to others, I request that ICE pay the costs of those who are released from their facility.”

The exact location where the terrorist group has established its base is around eight miles from the U.S. border in an area known as “Anapra” situated just west of Ciudad Juárez in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. During the course of a joint operation last week, Mexican Army and federal law enforcement officials discovered documents in Arabic and Urdu, as well as “plans” of Fort Bliss – the sprawling military installation that houses the US Army’s 1st Armored Division. Muslim prayer rugs were recovered with the documents during the operation.
Mexican intelligence sources report that ISIS intends to exploit the railways and airport facilities in the vicinity of Santa Teresa, NM (a US port-of-entry). I've only seen this 'confirmed fact' being posted 179,000 times for the last couple of years. I think it has to do the the imminent attack using stolen nukes that Obama has planned so he can anoint himself as 'Supreme Ruler of the New Caliphate' once martial law is imposed.

Makes sense they are close to El Paso. You want to pick a location that has a Super Walmart close by. I would think they've gotten a membership at the local Costco as well. You know, support the whole union thing!
