Is There Hope?

Ordered an item from Overstock, and it shipped in two packages from Salt Lake City. Both got to CACH on Dec. 1st, one was delivered the next day. One is still 'In Transit'.
Will I ever see the other package? Talked to the help line, and she thought it was lost. Overstock was supposed to request a trace, but instead just refunded my money. I'd rather have the item, but it's out of stock.

If it got to CACH 8 days ago and it has not been delivered then it was more than likely damaged and returned, or sitting with no label in overgoods.
