Wrong. I detailed this earlier in this thread.

What soberups is saying about that situation is correct.

But, not in the context of this thread or other situations.

At UPS it is usually for attendance, misloads, customer complaints, etc....

And again, after numerous (situations) or suspensions.


My Local represents a multitude of industries. Including Law Enforcement.

A "last chance agreement" helped save an officer (former military)....

Who we can say, was very "zealous" in the performance of his job.

He knuckled down and lived up to his commitment, And is still employed today.


In my Local, most of these situations involve part-timers at UPS.
